Design: Purified genomic DNA was analyzed and quantified with 2100 NanoDrop Spectrophotometer and Qubit 2.0 (Thermo Scientific) and prepared according to manufacturer's instructions. R9 12-type Flow Cell (FLO-MIN106D) in the MinKNOW software on standard settings.

Here, we report the complete genome of Yersinia enterocolitica bioserotype 4/O:3 strain Y72, a clinical strain isolated from a Swedish patient from a Yersinia outbreak in 2019. The genome consists of a 4,567 290-bp circular chromosome, a 71,773-bp virulence plasmid and 5681-bp plasmid. This isolate harbored a multi resistance cassette in the chromosome containing cat1A, aadA1, sul1 and a heavy metal resistant region. In addition, a plasmid encoding tet(B) conferring tetracycline resistance.
